MY ROLE :

By definition a personal trainer is an individual certified to have a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness and is involved in exercise prescription and instruction. Although I am an ACE Certified Trainer with a multitude of sub-certifications and have experience in everything from Power Lifting to Yoga, I see my role more as that of an educator - someone who can teach you what you need to know to become the best version of you. Someone who can guide you and support you through your journey and who will ultimately teach you how to be successful at reaching and maintaining the goals we have set together. Something equally as important as my role, is your role! A discussion topic we will save for later!

Training sessions can be held at my gym, in your home or even at your favorite park! You get the idea, it doesn't matter where as long as it's the place you are most comfortable so that you are able to give 100% effort by focusing on the task at hand - which is YOU! All I ask of my clients is that they be as dedicated to achieving their goals as I am.
