It's no secret that eating healthy can make you feel better, but it can also treat "depression".

I've been on SSRI's for depression before and all they did was make me feel like a

zombie. I can't stress enough how much better I feel with a cleaned up eating

routine compared to being put on "medication". For about the past year or so I've noticed a huge difference in everything about me from mood to energy levels and even how well I sleep purely thanks to a shift I had in how I now view food. Below is a fantastic article all about this issue of prescribing medication that have horrible side effects that most likely wont even work. Kelley Brogan goes on to talk about how chronic inflammation through what we put in our body is the root to almost every chronic disease that we now think of as normal.
